1. recommend suitable Candidate honestly, without fictitious information;
2. warranty period:
　　　* super position(general manager, CEO、 CFO and so on) for 6 months;
　　　* intermediate position (Department Manager, manager, Director and so on ) and below for 3 months;
3. if Candidate is demission for his own reason, we would recommend another Candidate for free;
4.Before deadline in contract(always 18 months), we should not recommend other position to the Candidate;
5.From this project begin till finished for one year, never leak any business information about client.
